AI Thread Summary
For recent mechanical engineering graduates without work experience, it's crucial to effectively showcase relevant skills and coursework on your resume. Highlighting any past jobs, regardless of their relevance, demonstrates an understanding of workplace dynamics. Engaging in college career fairs can connect graduates with recruiters who are open to hiring entry-level candidates. Seeking unpaid internships can also provide valuable experience.
