Memory Card Use with Windows PC: What Device Do I Need?

I accidently bought a memory card and realized I didn't have any device to plug it into. I have a normal PC running Windows. What device would I need to make use of this memory card?

Card readers cost about $20 and can be bought at any store with a decent amount of computer hardware.

Fry's typically sells them for about $5.

Yeah -- and you can usually get both internal ones and ones you can put into a USB adaptor and use it like a jump drive.
