Need help finding EUV Spectrum from 0 - 10 nm

Hey all,

I am trying to locate an atomic spectrum for the following elements.
O2 and N2

I have the information from 10nm - Visible, but the internet seems to be always missing the first piece of information that is vital to my experiment. Thanks for any assistance in locating. I have attached a copy of the chart that I used thus far, but it only goes from 10nm to visible as stated above.

I got it from http://www.atmosphere.mpg.de/enid/d...531363935/Spectra/Catalogue_Spectra_5p4.html", which has loads more information about the spectrum of O2 in the VUV, UV and visible .. there is at least one data table entry (measurements from 1979), which goes down to 4.1 nm.

Also, not sure what you mean by "0 nm" in your title.
