because nothing can be one dimensional, (a line) planks length does not cut it so why hasnt anyone thought of planks volume

planks length (length) x planks length (width) x planks length (depth) = planks volume

now a particle could never be smaller thanks planks volume

whats your opinon?

Would string theorists agree with that claim? Don't they say that a string is a one-dimensional object?

Actually the real object is Planck *area* because Newton constant produces an object with dimensions of area. It has been customary to take the square root of this object and present it in a more intuitive form as a length. For the same token, you could exponentiate it into a Planck volume.

Insights auto threads is broken atm, so I'm manually creating these for new Insight articles. If we release an electron around a positively charged sphere, the initial state of electron is a linear combination of Hydrogen-like states. According to quantum mechanics, evolution of time would not change this initial state because the potential is time independent. However, classically we expect the electron to collide with the sphere. So, it seems that the quantum and classics predict different behaviours!
