AI Thread Summary
A user noted that the original poster (OP) in a specific thread shows a post count of zero, despite being in a subforum where posts should be counted. The discussion suggests that this discrepancy may be due to the OP's question being moved from a non-count forum to a countable one. Participants agree that if the post was moved, it could explain the error in the post count. The conversation highlights the potential for bugs related to post counting in forum software. Clarification on this issue is sought to understand the underlying cause.

This is weird, the OP of the following thread currently shows a Post Count of zero:
https://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=281189

But that is clearly a subforum where posts should be counted. Is there a bug here?

Physics news on Phys.org
Yes, one would expect that forum to have its posts counted.

The OP originally posted that question in the IR forum from whence it was moved. Perhaps that has something to do with it.

Okay, that makes sense if it was moved from a non-count forum. Thanks Hoot.
