Homework Statement



Evaluate the following integrals .

(1) [tex]\int \sin \frac{1}{x} dx[/tex]

(2) [tex]\int \sin x^2 dx[/tex]

Homework Equations





The Attempt at a Solution



i don see a way to transform those integrals to a form where i can integrate them

I know [tex]\int \sin x^2 dx[/tex] does not have an integral in terms of elementary functions so you have integrate its Taylor series or something else.

Have you tried that? It does not work.
 


I have not heard of the taylor series , maybe these questions are not for my level .

how can that happen ? I don't see his post or he can delete his own posts ? I thought only the mods or admins can do that , this is strange.
