Math classes. A google search should reveal which institutions, if any, offer a degree specifically in QC.
 
As a student currently in my second year of a quantum key distribution project, I would say courses in QM, advanced optics and solid state devices (to get an understanding of the light sources and detectors used in these systems) are all essential.

I doubt quantum cryptography exists anywhere as a degree in itself. Rather, it would be something you might specialize in with a degree in physics/applied physics.
