Should the periodic table be revised to this?

Revised to what? This is some combination of the periodic table and numerology - periodic table is OK, but these numbers don't make much sense to me. Not only they are arbitrarily selected, also their values depend on the units used. They don't show any underlying principle, just a random coincidence.
