The disturbance was large enough to shut-down all 3 units at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant. I can't view the video, but the photo's were more interesting than most.

What does the video show, about movement and distance and such?
 
you know, the more and more I look into this stuff the more and more I start believing it. A bunch of glowing kites? Balloons with lights? Those firework things that do the same thing?

I believe it was the summer of 2001 that I made a trip to Peru for my work. I was a private contractor doing automation engineering and programming for various companies, including Frito Lay.
