Succeeding in Veterinary School with Weaknesses in Math and Physics?

I'm a college student, almost finished with undergrad and hopefully headed for veterinary school (I'll know sometime around February or March). Math has always been a weakness of mine, and physics an absolute pain to deal with--but it's a part of life. Sometimes you just have to struggle and do the best you can in order to get to a place you want to be at.
