actually i want two write a review article on issues related to civil engineering such as earthquake resistance,concrete(semi transparency) etc and i want to get it published. i have thought about a number of topics which were not so interesting .please suggest me with some good interesting topics and do help me out with this.

actually i was planning to get it published by ' the international journal of engineering and technology',though i am not sure that they are going to publish it or not but still i want to give it a try.
