Hi, I didn't know how to contact you. I am not getting the proper formatting on the website. I had some trouble earlier today with my internet service, and it is back now, but the Physics Forum is not coming up right -- in fact it is barely legible. Can anyone help here? Thanks.

Try to empty the browser cache.
 
Actually, I have my cache off -- if it is the same cache. Strangely, the problem fixed itself shortly after I posted.
 
I want to thank those members who interacted with me a couple of years ago in two Optics Forum threads. They were @Drakkith, @hutchphd, @Gleb1964, and @KAHR-Alpha. I had something I wanted the scientific community to know and slipped a new idea in against the rules. Thank you also to @berkeman for suggesting paths to meet with academia.
