A user experienced issues connecting to Wi-Fi after their computer failed to recognize the network. After restarting and attempting to forget the network, they encountered a prompt for a username and password, with the connect button grayed out. The solution involved accessing "Wi-Fi settings," toggling the desired network, and selecting the "security" tab. The user found that setting the security type to "Tunneled TLS" resolved the issue, although it was initially set differently before toggling back. The user expressed uncertainty about the longevity of this fix and the original cause of the problem, highlighting the relevance for others using Ubuntu.

Hi PF!

Today my computer randomly didn't connect to wifi. So I restarted the machine, then still unable to connect, I asked my wifi to forget the network. Now when I try connecting to it, it asks for a username and password. At the bottom there is a "connect" button I could toggle, but it is grayed out, I cannot click it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I just fixed the issue. Evidently you need to select "wifi settings", toggle the network you want to connect to, and then select the "security" tab. For some reason "Tunneled TLS" works for me, though I should note initially it was this, so I toggled off to a different setting, tried connecting, then reselected Tunneled TLS. Unsure how long it'll work or why the problem came in the first place, but this worked for me.

Thread 'ChatGPT Examples, Good and Bad'
I've been experimenting with ChatGPT. Some results are good, some very very bad. I think examples can help expose the properties of this AI. Maybe you can post some of your favorite examples and tell us what they reveal about the properties of this AI. (I had problems with copy/paste of text and formatting, so I'm posting my examples as screen shots. That is a promising start. But then I provided values V=1, R1=1, R2=2, R3=3 and asked for the value of I. At first, it said...
