Engineering What are some good, marketable engineering skills?

AI Thread Summary
To enhance resume recruitment power, focus on acquiring in-demand skills and trades that stand out in today's job market. Generic attributes like "creativity" or "ambitiousness" are deemed ineffective for attracting attention. Instead, specific technical skills, certifications, or industry-related expertise are recommended. Engaging in discussions about current skills and target job roles can help identify relevant areas for improvement. Tailoring skill development to align with desired positions is crucial for making a resume more appealing to potential employers.

Please, do not tell me useless things like "creativity" or "ambitiousness" because the fact of the matter is that those skills will not get your resume noticed in this economy.

I can list some of my ideas in another post if you want
