Freshman at time of writing, currently studying for my BS in Aeronautical Engineering; I'm aiming to be a pilot. Difficult course, but I hope this site can help me in my studies and foster some greater love in science. I feel I missed a few lessons in math (mostly trigo) during high school which I really need to catch up on.
I've no particular field of interest in science aside from aeronautics. I have some interest in astronomy and electrical/electronics, but I'm more interested in the broad scope of aerospace and engineering in general. Still, I'm willing to learn what I need to.
I'm also a bit of a history buff. Have been since childhood. Anyone else into it? I've been reading quite a bit of pre-20th century European history lately in my free time.

Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
