If the fifth dimension can be seen at a right angle from a time line. Then could it be said "A object to be in the fifth dimension must exist in 2 planes at a given point in time and space."

I seem to notice a buildup of papers like this: Detecting single gravitons with quantum sensing. (OK, old one.) Toward graviton detection via photon-graviton quantum state conversion Is this akin to “we’re soon gonna put string theory to the test”, or are these legit?
