What happened to the ability to hide text with color on message boards?

AI Thread Summary
The ability to hide text by matching its color to the background is still functional on some message boards, despite concerns about its disappearance. Users can utilize a spoiler tag format to conceal text, which requires clicking to reveal the content. The spoiler tag can be accessed through the "+" menu, although some find the navigation to be unclear. There is no dedicated menu item for this feature, leading to confusion among users. Overall, while the methods for hiding text have evolved, options still exist for those looking to obfuscate their messages.

The old board had a way to obfuscate text by assigning it a color the same as the background (eg. E3E3E3). Has that gone away?

Some boards have an actual 'spoiler' formatting that hides the text until you click on it.

How can I write hidden text?(P.S. Title is supposed to be Spoiler tag / text colour gone?)

Use the spoiler tag [ SPOILER="title" ] content [ /SPOILER ]

OK thanks. No menu item for that though, right?
