Dear all,

I want to know what is the function of motor in breaker and how it works.

In which category it falls?

I have studied many types of circuit breakers like
MCB
MCCB
RCD
RCBO
VCB
ACB
etc.

It's used to remotely switch power on or off.
However, as described in the picture, it will not operate the breaker mechanism itself.

Hi tipu_sultan. Your attachment shows a breaker with a remote-control function. The low voltage motor is indicated as turning a worm gear to close or open the breaker contacts, thus facilitating remote operation.

That 3-wire red/white/black cable is wired to one of the Lyntec controller boards.

Motorized Breaker are a specialized type of electrical protection device that designed specifically for electric motors, of both 60 Hz and 50 Hz. Functions are faulting signaling, automatic reconnections, protection against electrical faults like short circuits.
