What is the Forum's Policy on Speculation?

Deepthinker here. I've been in development with a brand new conceptual idea, and if this forums rules allow me, I'd like to see if there would be any interest in people wanting to give it a test drive. I'll discuss this more in detail later...

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics. I wanted to join a science forum, especially one dedicated to Physics and maths, to apply these subjects to my engineering studies. I hope to learn a lot through this forum.
