What is the location of Patm=0kpa?

I know Patm=101.3kpa located at sea level. Then how about Patm=0? Where is it located?

There is no specific location, as pressure drops continuously and asymptotically toward zero as altitude increases. At 20 miles up, for example, the pressure is only about 1 kPa.
