What makes science so fascinating and unique compared to other fields of study?

Can you tell what interests you most about science?
 
What topic, or why science interests me in general?

I'm in my second quantum mechanic class and it's really interesting. I'd say that's my favorite topic.
Why I like science: it studies how things work in a broad sense. Other fields of interest are culturally based but science goes far beyond that.

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics.
