AI Thread Summary
The discussion revolves around the seating arrangement at a formal event involving the King and Nobel laureates, with participants expressing their opinions on the crowd's appearance and the overall atmosphere. Comments highlight a perceived lack of excitement and a humorous take on the potential for a food fight due to the awkward seating distances. Observations include the Australian ambassador receiving a better seat than the British one, leading to further commentary on the event's dynamics. The conversation shifts to discussions about beauty standards, particularly focusing on the Duchess of Halland, with mixed opinions on attractiveness and preferences for hair color, specifically redheads. The tone remains light-hearted, with playful banter and personal anecdotes interspersed throughout the thread.

What a depressing-looking crowd. I sure hope I never get invited to that.

I'm with Feynman on this one.

I can predict that Professor Nobel's food will get cold before he can eat it if he has to ask Sundqvist to pass the salt.

Has the makings of one awesome food fight, though.

In summary, the King sits in the middle, surrounded by a buffer-zone of Swedes seperating him from the Nobels (who have their own buffers between themselves), and some ambassadors and non-laureate professors are essentially eating off the floor, 7.1 km away from anyone important.

I like how the Australian ambassador got a better seat than the British one! What's up with that.

Actually that's what most of the women around here look like. If she is supposed to be an exotic beauty then that is quite distressing since I am already tired of the look.

That's what people say when they can't get it.

I'm not sad that I can't get a blonde, I'm sad that I can't get a redhead.

no its a more golden blonde. But her natural color isn't really fiery red. Its just on the red side of strawberry blonde, to the point where it isn't blonde.
