Z diagram and Q cycle ? (Bad teacher)

AI Thread Summary
The discussion centers on the Z diagram and Q cycle, which are related to the light reactions of photosynthesis and the electron transport chain. The Z diagram illustrates the flow of electrons during these reactions, specifically involving P680. Participants confirm that the Q cycle refers to the electron transport chain, reinforcing the connection between these concepts and the study of photosynthesis. The conversation also includes a brief welcome to a new member and well-wishes for exam success.

Z diagram and Q cycle ?? (Bad teacher)

Hey guys, my teacher told me to review the Z diagram + Q cycle. I'm pretty sure that this means I'm to study Light reactions of Photo synthesis and The Fluid mosiac model. Sound Right?

Also this is my first post, so hi :D

Hi Idog! Welcome to PF!

I think by Q cycle he refers to the Electron Transport Chain. Z diagram would be one of the light reactions as you said (in P680)
