Hello,

I am in the writting stage of my master thesis. Actually, I wrote it while I am in progress, but I need to fulfill the requirements of the Faculty of Gradguate Studies (FGS) for the thesis. In doing so, I will face some problems using LATEX for sure, because I am not so familiar with it. So, I opened this thread to put all what I will face, instead of opening a thread for each problem, to get your help thankfully. I will begin to post soon .

Regards

First one:

How can I write a specific line or paragraph in a certain font format and size (in points. For example: 18pt)? I know that there are several control sequences dedicated for font size such as \LARGE, but I am not sure what is the corresponding font size in points.

Thanks in advance
