hi
i am an undergrad student

i had an eqn like the following from which i am to find deflection,stress and strain using finite difference method

EI (d4 y/dx4)-m(d2y/dt2)-P sin wt=0

P=force
y=deflection
w=frequency
t=time

i have developed a MATLAB prog for deflection

how can I find stress and strain now?

i am confused which formula should i use?
should i find moment first and then stress or is there any other way?

just tell me the way, not the prog

its urgent...
i will be very greatful if someone gives an advice

From the BCS theory of superconductivity is well known that the superfluid density smoothly decreases with increasing temperature. Annihilated superfluid carriers become normal and lose their momenta on lattice atoms. So if we induce a persistent supercurrent in a ring below Tc and after that slowly increase the temperature, we must observe a decrease in the actual supercurrent, because the density of electron pairs and total supercurrent momentum decrease. However, this supercurrent...
