Revisiting MCNP: Refreshing Skills for a New Job in Nuclear Engineering

In summary, revisiting MCNP is crucial for refreshing skills in nuclear engineering and preparing for a new job. MCNP, or the Monte Carlo N-Particle Transport Code, is a widely used software for simulating neutron and photon transport in complex systems. It is important for nuclear engineers to have a strong understanding of this software, as it is used extensively in reactor design, radiation shielding, and other nuclear applications. Refreshing skills in MCNP can help engineers stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and improve their job prospects in the nuclear industry.

How did you find PF?
Google search of desperation.
Hello,
After some time away I've gotten back into MCNP. I've been in the field of Nuclear Engineering for over ten years, but I recently changed jobs and need to use MCNP. I'm trying to get my skills back up, since I haven't been using it as much in my old job. Looking forward to some great discussions, and hoping I will be able to help answer questions not just ask them.
