In summary, the process of sex change from female to male, also known as female-to-male (FTM) transition, involves a series of medical and social steps to align a person's physical and social gender with their gender identity. This can include hormone therapy, surgery, and social transition. The physical changes during this process can include facial and body hair growth, deepening of the voice, redistribution of body fat, and changes in muscle mass. Potential risks and side effects may include complications from surgery and long-term effects of hormone therapy. It is possible for a person to undergo a reversal procedure, but this can be complex and should be carefully considered. The psychological impacts of sex change can vary and may include a sense of relief or struggles
