Which of these Quantum mechanics video lectures(ocw) is good?

In summary, there are several highly acclaimed video lectures on Quantum Mechanics, including those by Ramamurthy Shankar at Yale University, V. Balakrishnan at IIT Madras, Alan Adams at MIT, and James Binney at Oxford University. For self-learning purposes, I would recommend Balakrishnan's lectures, while Gaabeek's "Quantum Mechanics-I" on MIT's Open Course Ware website is also highly recommended. Other suggestions for good video lectures on QM are welcomed.

Which among the following is the best one?
Any other video lecture which you have watched and think that it is really good is welcomed.

P.S. : I am a fresher who has taken Electrical engineering but have QM as a course in the first year. I am also much interested in learning QM. So, video lectures which help in self learning are welcomed.

Thank you

My favourite is Balakrishnan's, but I think it is better for a second course in QM.

An good free introduction to QM is Gaabeek's http://arxiv.org/abs/1007.4184.

You should try "Quantum Mechanics-I" on MIT Open course ware website, it's the best I have seen yet.
One word: Awesome.
