Converting 1.8uN to g Units: How Many G's Does This Equal?
this problem might be extremely simple but the wording is confusing me b]1. Homework Statement [/b] "What dose that force correspond to in equivalent acceleration in g uints? (9.81 Nt/Kg)" the force i had from the question be fore is 1.8uN (micro) soooo is it asking me how many g's...- Michaud12

How Can I Create and Connect Circuit Elements in Mathematica Using Graphics?
making the capacitor symbol is really giving me trouble this is what i have Cap1 = Graphics@Line[{{1, 0}, {1, .5}}] gave me a vertical line Cap2 = Graphics@Line[{{0, .25}, {1, .25}}] gave me horizontal line Capleft = Show[Cap1, Cap2] gave me half of the capacitor logo then i rotated that...- Michaud12

How Can I Create and Connect Circuit Elements in Mathematica Using Graphics?
no this is the last homework in a mathematica class. so we need to use it for the whole thing. The other assignments seemed useful but this one one pointless- Michaud12

How Can I Create and Connect Circuit Elements in Mathematica Using Graphics?
several hours later and I've made no progress, i can't even join two lines to make 1 side of the capacitor. If ANYONE has the slightest idea how to help, i really need it- Michaud12

How Can I Create and Connect Circuit Elements in Mathematica Using Graphics?
Homework Statement I need to find a away to make circuit elements (resister capacitor etec) in Mathematica using lines graphic, and I am new to this so I am not really sure how...and i need to connect the elements to make a circuit. i think i made a resister Graphics[Line[{{0, 0}...- Michaud12

peak voltage of 12rms is 12square root of 2 so 16.97V and with the 10.9rms --> 15.41- Michaud12

Full wave rectifier/line regulation
ahhhh crap. I am starting to think my group did this whole thing wrong. Well ok so +/-10% for a max we supplied 12V+10%- 13.2rms and then for the min 12V-10%-10.9rms We must not have been supplying enough current/voltage for the rectifier to do its job.- Michaud12

Im Sorry it was the Load regulation I screwed up. Yes we did observe with a oscilloscope For the Load VDC= 12VDC 10ma<IDC< 60ma Load ripple < 50 mV p-p AC Supply 12VRMS +/- 10% 60Hz http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/4391/loadimax.png loadmax...- Michaud12

Full wave rectifier/line regulation
This is more of a lab then a homework Ok, so i had a full wave bridge rectifier w/capacitor hooked up to a power regulator. and i was attempting to perform line regulation- and for a Vmin i should have got around 10.5V but i got 2.4V. Why is that? I think the rectifier stopped rectifying but...- Michaud12
