Hello, I have a question that says' Derive an equation for calculating the theoretical range.
I did like half of it, I got
t = sqrt[ (2y) / a ]
from the kinematic equation ( X = X0 + V0 t + 1/2 a t^2 ). How would I find the theoretical range after this?
And how to prove that the...
Different in acceleration?
Hello, I'd like to know what's the different between an acceleration of a basketball and the acceleration of a small ball(tennis ball) when we drop the balls...
I think they will not be the same, but why? is it because of the weight?
Hello, I've found this question in my book and I'm interested to know how to solve this problem. Can anyone help?

A sidewalk is to be constructed around a swimming pool that measures (10.0 +- 0.1 )m by (17.0 +- 0.1)m. If the side walk is to measure (1.00 +- 0.01)m wide by (9.0 +- 0.1) cm...
hello, thanks for replaying.
1) (a) I know that o = m/v and the density is given but I couldn't find the volume from the diagram. that's a weird diagram. I don't see a measurement for depth either. All i know is to find the volume of each rectangle and add them. then solve for the mass...

Hello,
How can we find the mass of a material with density p is required to make a hollow spherical shell having inner radius r1 and outer radius r2 ?
Thanks
thank you.
I was thinking about that before..
In the graph it shows that x = +- 1
but x is +1 when it's local minimum, and x is -1 when it's local maximum.
So the answer would be x = -1
Am I right ?
Hello,
There is a question in Calculus By James Stewart (5e) that says:
Find the horizontal and vertical asympotes of
y = \frac{x^2 + 4}{x^2 - 1}}
I put it in limit as
\lim_{\substack{x\rightarrow \infty}} \frac{x^2 + 4}{x^2 - 1}}
and divided the numeratir abd denominator byx^2...
Hello, I have a question about these things
What is the local Max, local Min, when is the function increasing and decreasing!
the function is:
G(x)= x - 4 sqrt[x]
Does Bohr's Model appear to accurately reflect the energy aspects of the hydrogen atom ?
I need an evidence to support the answer. :confused:
Thanks :}
