Uh oh, I'm an uncle again!
Healthy baby girl born to my sister today!
Anyone else had any new additions to the family recently?
Are there any traditions in your family related to births?

Congrats! Love the buny ears!

She's beautiful Uncle Drakkith.

Congrats Drakkith and to your sister and family.

The last addition here was Myrthe, four and a half months now.

She really is the ray of sunshine in the house.

Cute looking kid, Drak!

I have a plethora of grand-nieces and grand-nephews. They just keep coming. What makes that happen?

Congrats! She's a beautiful baby o:).

In her complete, queenly self-centredness, beauty and helplessness, she is the perfectly adorable being in the whole world!

That's so sweet. She is so cute, congrats!

Congratulations Drakkith! She's a very pretty baby!

So cute! I've had baby fever ever since my nephew was born in May. I spoil him like crazy and love buying him new clothes. He's the first baby in the family so he gets all kinds of attention and we haven't established any traditions yet. But I was in the hospital the night he was born and was one of the first people to meet him. I can't wait until my sister, or my other sister for that matter, has another little one. I keep trying to convince them bother that more babies=more fun. I don't think I could have too many nieces and nephews!

What a cute picture. Babies look like little pudgy midgets to me, you just want to hug them! I will have my own little pudgy kid one day.

We have a new tradition.
As soon as the first picture is taken, it's sent to everyone's cell phone.
Then I race to be the first one to post it on Facebook.

The last one looked kind of funny to me, as I have bad eyes, and a small cell phone.

I knew there was a baby involved, as there was much pre-commotion

But really, all I could see was sculptured spam.

Transferred to Facebook, I could see a baby, and verified that my sister's spawn had not spawned spam.

But anyways, lisab posted a very wonderful song about Oliver James. Though I can't now figure out how to find that song.

I am old.

Yay! I love that song. It was so apropos.

Anyways, my non-sculpted spam, non-conch shell, grand-nephew:

ps. I had to text-yell at my other sister when her first grandson was born just a few months earlier as she was text-imaging me a picture of sculpted spam about every 5 minutes for about an hour while I was at work. I told her to post them on Facebook. She said she couldn't, as she was "sooooo busy". My sister hasn't had a job in 20 years. Of course, I did the appropriate thing, and shut the hell up before I reminded her of that fact.

Oh well, 582 dtg until I'm a parasite on society, as well.

I am approximately 53.5 years of age.

Cute? All newborns look like Winston Churchill, and will not be cute for at least 1 month.

Someone needs to make Uncle Drakkith a mentor, so he can start handing out infractions for lying. :-p
