AI Thread Summary
A user shared a photo of abandoned cooling towers from a demolished power station, noting their proximity to the M1 highway, which prevents their demolition. The conversation took a whimsical turn as another user humorously suggested the towers could be converted into flats. This prompted a nostalgic dream recollection involving living in one of the towers and playfully throwing giant potatoes with a friend, leading to light-hearted exchanges about the dream's details and the potential for playful mishaps. The discussion maintained a playful and imaginative tone throughout.

Saw a lovely view today and couldn't resist parking up to snap it. It's a pair of abandoned cooling towers. The power station was demolished years ago, but they can't blow up the towers because the M1 runs right next to them, as you can see.

I had a dream a few years ago that I lived in one of them. If you look carefully, you'll see that they have different patterns cut into them near the top. In my dream, I lived in the diamond-pattern one, and my friend Natalie lived in the rectangle-pattern one. We were standing on their roofs (yes, they had roofs in my dream!) and throwing giant potatoes to each other.

If potatoes hurt as much as grapefruits, I hope not.

Just ONCE, I wanted to see a post titled Status Update that was not a blatant, annoying spam post by a new member. So here it is. Today was a good day here in Northern Wisconsin. Fall colors are here, no mosquitos, no deer flies, and mild temperature, so my morning run was unusually nice. Only two meetings today, and both went well. The deer that was road killed just down the road two weeks ago is now fully decomposed, so no more smell. Somebody has a spike buck skull for their...
