Delays of tens of seconds showing pages, waiting for "ad.turn.com"

Are others seeing this is or is it just that my ISP is having trouble talking to ad.turn.com?

I can ping "ad.turn.com" with 28ms, and pages load quickly.
 
You'll be happy to know I have dropped that advertising company. Speeds should be improved.

If you are having problems, it's likely many more are too but remain silent.
 
I want to thank those members who interacted with me a couple of years ago in two Optics Forum threads. They were @Drakkith, @hutchphd, @Gleb1964, and @KAHR-Alpha.
