Audio Editing Software: Add Music to Videos

do u kno of any site that offers a software to separate audio from video and allows us to play some other audio in the background..the way they do on youtube videos...?

http://www.virtualdub.org/ and http://avisynth.org/ are two.
I believe http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Movie_Maker might be able to do what you want.
