AI Thread Summary
DNA testing can effectively differentiate between a female's maternal grandfather and maternal grand uncle, as well as between her paternal grandfather and paternal grand uncle. This is possible because a father and an uncle possess distinct DNA profiles. By analyzing the DNA of the female's parents, it is feasible to confirm the identities of both the maternal and paternal grandfathers.

Can a DNA test differentiate between a females maternal grandfather and maternal
grand uncle, the grandfathers brother.
And also can a DNA test differentiate between this same females paternal grandfather and
paternal grand uncle.
In otherwords can this females paternal and maternal grandfather be confirmed by testing
her mother and father ?
