AI Thread Summary
Bleeding from the urethra during the menstrual cycle is not typical and may indicate a medical issue. Some individuals may confuse urethral bleeding with vaginal bleeding, but it is essential to seek medical advice to determine the cause. Potential conditions such as endometriosis could be involved, and a consultation with a urologist is recommended for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I have a question concerning the menstrual cycle. Is it possible for someone to bleed from the urethra instead of the vagina? And if so what is the cause?

A friend claims that she bleeds the urethra when on her cycle but I to find out if it's true or not.

Some women make that mistake. To make sure she doen't have heath problems she needs to see a doctor.

It may be endometriosis but without visiting a doctor it's impossible to know. Tell your friend she should go see a urologist as soon as possible.
