Certainly, a possibility. Although I seen several mainstream "philosophers" whose view of the world is certainly wilder by a factor X than the view of the innocent who sought an answer in that thread,

What are the guidelines of posting in philosophy forums anyway ?

Are Nietzsche's or Rousseau's ramblings any better than the ramblings of an unknown commoner who took too much (or too less ) of certain pharmaceutical substances ?
If yes, why ?
