an application I'm working on requires 1.35 yoctoamps with a tolerance of + or - 0.10yoctoamps.

Any current-source reccomendations?

Keithly's sourcemeters go down to femtoamperes (one retailer sells them for 13000$)... What kind of application requires yoctoamperes, if I may ask? If such a source exists, you're probably going to have to pay megadollars to get one. Good luck.

By the way:

1A = 1C/s = 6.24*1018 electrons per second.

You're asking for a source that sources 10-24 amperes, or about an electron every other day?
