Well the thing is, what one person describes as conversation another describes
as flirtation, i am seeking clarification so an alert can be avoided.
As you know i am not the type for flirting, but to my horror have received two
alerts

I agree with you, Sir. You're not the kind of man whom women like to flirt with you! And about your second question, it's not ok to chitchat with anyone for a long time.
