AI Thread Summary
Strong magnetic fields have not been conclusively shown to have negative effects on human health. Phosphenes, which are visual sensations of light without external light sources, can occur when exposed to intense magnetic fields, such as during transcranial magnetic stimulation. This technique uses magnetic fields to stimulate specific areas of the brain, potentially influencing the visual system. Information on the effects of magnetic fields on health can be found in scientific literature and studies focused on electromagnetic fields. Overall, while there are interesting phenomena associated with magnetic fields, their health impacts remain largely unproven.

Do strong magnetic fields have any negative effects on the human body? Also, where can I find information regarding this subject?

Not that I know of.

This is interesting:
A phosphene is an entoptic phenomenon characterized by the experience of light without light coming into the eye. Phosphenes can be created by intense, changing magnetic fields, such as with transcranial magnetic stimulation. These fields can be positioned on different parts of the head to stimulate cells in different parts of the visual system.

Thread 'Motional EMF in Faraday disc, co-rotating magnet axial mean flux'
So here is the motional EMF formula. Now I understand the standard Faraday paradox that an axis symmetric field source (like a speaker motor ring magnet) has a magnetic field that is frame invariant under rotation around axis of symmetry. The field is static whether you rotate the magnet or not. So far so good. What puzzles me is this , there is a term average magnetic flux or "azimuthal mean" , this term describes the average magnetic field through the area swept by the rotating Faraday...
