I will like to know how to extract the digestive enzymes from the followings:

1.PROTEASE FROM GUAVA,GINGERROOT,PAPAYA AND PINAPLE.

2.AMYLASE FROM BANANA,SWEET POTATO,EGG,SUGAR CANE AND CORN.

3.LIPASE FROM COCONUT, AVOCADO AND CORN.

4.CELLULSE FROM AVOCADO.

5.MALTASE FROM RICE,SUGARCANE AND BANANA.
I will be very grateful if you can assist me on this. For it will help me grately to in my school project. Thank you once again.
