Hi I am from Toronto, Canada and as its pretty hard to find a job at the moment. Should I get a certification in PLC technician and Robotics technician from George Brown College. I have a scholarship from them from High School. I don't know if they will help me. These are 32 weeks online FT programs. I have been out for 6 months and no jobs yet :(. Or should I just keep applying. Or go for M. eng or M. Sc ?

Sigh ...

Yes I am told that too. I am thinking of heading over to Alberta in January or so.
 
I don't know if anyone on here works for any of the well known defense companies of your country, whichever country you are from?? Also, if you choose to work in one, do you think the engineering education provide from your school would adequately prepare you for the job. What do I mean by that? Well if you work at say Lockheed Martin and you work in the latest iteration of a missile or if you work at Pratt & Whitney, they assign you to work in the team helping out with building the jet...
