When I go into some sites to play games I get an error message. iexplorer page fault JPIEXP32.DLL. I can't even find out what it is. Does anyone know what the is and how to fix it? I am running Windows 98 second edition with an upgrade to internet explorer 6. I am starting to feel like my name crazycarla is real. CRAZY :confused:

I have already downloaded and that is when the error message started. Mircosoft has not java updates that I don't already have. Thought maybe it was a download problem so I uninstalled and reinstalled but it is still doing the same thing. I copied the message as it came across and pasted it here. Thank you for your help.

m$ don't do java, SUN do java...

Did you download the lastest SUN java engine? M$ are in a legal battle with SUN and thus are not allowed to let you download the M$ java engine

I also hope things now are solved for him...
It is true that www.sun.com handles things on Java...But may I ask you Anttech if there are some other things that sun deals with?

Jpiexp32.dll

Checked everything out through sun and still getting same error message. I downloaded Java runtime envirment 1.4.2_05. Starting to wonder if this is an error in my iexplorer. Thanks for the help and for any other help you might have.

Errm not sure exactly what you mean...

But anyway, Sun also have a Unix like OS called Solaris... They also do different hardware servers and NAS devices... and have recently finnished developing a Java GUI desktop enviroment... amoung other things
