49 years old always had an interest in things nuclear.
The internet and web has now been a boon to learning more, I have a Wikipedia education in things nuclear but just high school and a years programming courses education level.
NZ is such a rabidly anti-nuclear country being pro-nuke is my rebellion I guess. I'd like to think my views are founded on logic and reason but I don't want to kid myself. There's an attraction in being a heretic.

Hi Jeremy!

I am another NZer on this forum; 27 and currently living near Wellington. Nice to meet you!

Welcome to the PF, Jeremy.

Check out the PF Nuclear Engineering forum -- lots of great information.

Hello fellow Physics enthusiasts, I am an aeronautical engineering graduate (Bachelor's) who is interested in Physics and Mathematics, and I have been re-learning all the basics. I wanted to join a science forum, especially one dedicated to Physics and maths, to apply these subjects to my engineering studies. I hope to learn a lot through this forum. Thank you for your warm welcome.
