Can You Teach Yourself Physics Without Formal Education?

Hi, I'm Xavier. Currently a diesel mechanic and amateur physicist. Dropped out of high school, but have since gotten my GED. Never taken a science class after high school, just really like physics. Some people count sheep to fall asleep, I contemplate quantum theory.
