Help with forces, loads members?

i hope i have came to the right place. i have this question and I am having difficulty doing it and was hoping you lot could help me
i have attached a diagram and what i have to do is.

Produce calculations for the force in each member due to loads P and 2P

it is symmetrical as well
sorry aboot my drawing it is not the best. its just 1am and I am gettin tired and very frustrated lol
