How Does a Calor Engine Power a 200V Generator at Different RPMs?

AI Thread Summary
A calor engine is utilized to power a 200V generator with a current of 4A, and the problem involves determining the engine's RPM. The user has attempted to apply the equation V = NBAw sin(wt) but lacks data for N and B. Suggestions include calculating the work produced by one cycle of the heat engine and determining how many cycles are needed to achieve the required power. Understanding the relationship between power, RPM, and the engine's cycle is essential for solving the problem. The discussion emphasizes the need for additional data to progress in the calculations.

Homework Statement

Hello, let me introduce myself first. I am Wira, a Senior High School alumnus in Indonesia. I am currently preparing for my university entrance exam. This is a problem which I get stuck in, and can you help me with it?
ISOKHOR.PNG

A 360 rpm
B 400 rpm
C 440 rpm
D 480 rpm
E 520 rpm
English:
A calor engine that works with the cycle of two isobarics and two isochorics shown in the picture above is used to spin a generator that has the output potential of 200V. If this generator has the current of 4A, then that engine is used in ... rpm

Homework Equations

V = NBAw sin (wt)
E = V I t
E = The area of the box area in the graph

The Attempt at a Solution

I have tried using:
V = NBAw sin (wt)
Consider that sin (wt) = 1
But we have no data of N and B...
And for the cycle
Energy generated = the area of the box
Energy = Energy
Consider that t = 1
V I t = NBAw sin (wt)
NBAw I = (Box area)
We are looking for the w, so it becomes
w = (Box area)/NBA
I got stuck in this...
Do you have any ideas? Your contribution helps improve me. =)

You are given the voltage and current of the generator, so you know its power. (You can assume that the load is ohmic so current and voltage are in phase.)

Calculate the work produced by one cycle of the heat engine. With how many cycles do you get the desired power?

I multiplied the values first without the error limit. Got 19.38. rounded it off to 2 significant figures since the given data has 2 significant figures. So = 19. For error I used the above formula. It comes out about 1.48. Now my question is. Should I write the answer as 19±1.5 (rounding 1.48 to 2 significant figures) OR should I write it as 19±1. So in short, should the error have same number of significant figures as the mean value or should it have the same number of decimal places as...
Thread 'A cylinder connected to a hanging mass'
Let's declare that for the cylinder, mass = M = 10 kg Radius = R = 4 m For the wall and the floor, Friction coeff = ##\mu## = 0.5 For the hanging mass, mass = m = 11 kg First, we divide the force according to their respective plane (x and y thing, correct me if I'm wrong) and according to which, cylinder or the hanging mass, they're working on. Force on the hanging mass $$mg - T = ma$$ Force(Cylinder) on y $$N_f + f_w - Mg = 0$$ Force(Cylinder) on x $$T + f_f - N_w = Ma$$ There's also...
