Hi guys,

I have been searching for references that could tell what are the average limits of impact (in Newtons per example) of running activity into human´s feet (material = bone).
Basically the question I am trying to answer is per example to understand how much of linear acceleration impact into a 70 Kg weight person´s feet during a certain amount of time is something good or not...

Assumption formula: F = m * a
// where :
m = 70 Kg
a = 2 * G = 2 * 9.8 = 19.6

F = 70 x (19.6)
F = 1372 N (so, suppose this Force is being applied to the feet during 10 minutes of running. Is this something good or will cause injuries to the person? Any clue?
