In summary, the conversation discusses a problem with entering latex code in a forum post. The code is not displaying and is instead replaced by an error message. The syntax has been checked and appears to be correct, but when previewed in a reply, an earlier latex image appears. The speaker wonders what could be causing this issue, but later realizes that they had forgotten to close some braces, and the code now appears correctly.

I don't know if it's just me, but the latex code I've entered in https://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=242141" doesn't display at all, instead it's replaced by the invalid latex code red message. I checked the syntax and it seems to be all right. When I copied the Latex code and previewed in a post reply, the latex image that shows up appeared to be an earlier latex image which I posted elsewhere. What's causing this problem?

Okay nevermind I just tried out the latex code elsewhere and found that I neglected to close some braces. It looks okay now.

In general, when encountering issues with Latex display, it is important to check the syntax and ensure that all necessary packages and commands are included. It is also possible that there may be conflicts with other code or images on the website.

I suggest reaching out to the website's technical support team for further assistance with this issue. They will have access to the necessary resources to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Thank you.
