For the I came to the conclusion that Ceq=5 micro F

the ones circled in blue are in parallel, while the ones in black are n series. Then they are in series?


and Leq=3.77 H

the ones in blue are series, while the ones in black are in parallel. Then all of the one in te square are in series.

You are missing something important. What characteristics of the circuit do you need, for components to be in parallel? in series? Once you are certain of these concepts, I recommend combining components in pairs, based on these rules.
